Each A REMMER piece is crafted to order, unless specified as “Ready to Ship.” Please allow 4–6 weeks for production prior to dispatch. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. We ship exclusively with DHL Express, offering secure, tracked, and insured delivery worldwide. Estimated transit times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination. Please note that international clients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import charges.

RETURNS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or cancellations unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Should you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a detailed description and supporting photographs. Upon review, we will arrange a suitable resolution—whether repair, replacement, or refund.
